Responsible for assisting guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. They check in guests arriving at night, handle guest requests and take reservations. The night auditor also reconciles all accounts, processes invoices and prepares paychecks. Essentially, a night auditors role is to provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly. Clean and services (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, polishing, vacuuming, washing) all areas such as: Offices, Function Rooms/Hall, Restaurant, Corridors, Toilets, Prayer Room, Conference Rooms, Park Area, Facilities Area, Loading Bay, Elevators, Interior & Exterior Windows, Glasses, Mirror, Doors, Furniture and Fixtures, Carpets, Parquets, Staircase, Lighting, Lamp, TV, Mini Refrigerator ETC in accordance to the standards and instructions set out by the hotel. Checking guests in and out. Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically. Verifying guests' payment methods during check-in. Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel. Providing guests with information about the hotel. Keeping abreast of attractions that may be of interest to guests. Serving as a host at conferences, and ensuring that all relevant preparations are made for the event.

The Housekeeping Executive supervises and coordinates activities of room attendants and supervisors. He / She assists in the managing and directing of the day–to–day operations of all Housekeeping and laundry functions. Also provides support to the Hotel Manager in all areas of Housekeeping operation, such as staff training, coaching, counseling and also enforces to the hotels standard operating procedures. Participates in and enforces quality assurance for Housekeeping Department and department cost control measures. Experience with special needs of VIP Guests, foreign dignitaries, etc. The Housekeeping Executive should have an eye for detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments and housekeeping staff.
