Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist hotel guests
Handle check-in and check-out
Answer phone calls and guest inquiries
Manage bookings and basic cashier duties
Handle guest complaints politely and professionally
Requirements:
Diploma holder or SPM holder with 2 years working experience
Basic experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred
Good communication skills
Friendly, polite, and well-groomed
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic computer skills
