The company was founded in 2010 by the sole director, and together with dedicated team, has expended to some construction projects in Malaysia. 

Ming Garden Hotel & Residences is the 4-star Hotel, strategically located at the Southern Corridor of Kota kinabalu city and has been officially opened on 8th March 2023. We were pioneer in creating a niche in the residences hotel accommodation market as an alternative to traditional hotel rooms.
