Perform daily cleaning to make the SPA clean and presentable. 3- Provides individualized body work treatments that meet the guests needs and expectations. 4- Maintains SPA and treatment room appearance, cleanliness according to standard operating procedures. 5- Maintain knowledge of hours of operation, memberships, reservations, fees, treatments, products and merchandise as well as pertinent hotel information. 6- Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms and resource materials; report shortages to supervisor 7- Be familiar with all hotel/SPA packages, promotions, prices and rates.
