Responsibilities
To achieve the monthly sales target set by the Management
To implement the marketing plan and its promotional activities
To conduct market intelligence
To increase occupancy, average rate, and profits of the hotel through planning and active sales
Define target markets by analyzing data from the customer database system and developing appropriate sales strategies for both domestic and international markets
To maintain good rapport with customers at all times
To back up the Sales team members as to when required
To assist in the training of Junior sales personnel ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency and adhering to departments SOP
To take on any additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by the Management
