Research, plan and manage the development and execution of marketing programs including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), marketing automation, social media, website and etc. Research, identify and develop content enhancements and persuasive copywriting. Identify the marketing opportunities by defining and analyzing the market and competitive environment. Update and manage brand and property websites using the content management system of record. Implement best practices to increase website traffic and maximize content consumption. Monitor and review traffic using web analytics platform to make recommendation on content and how to direct guest to the site. Edit and proofread the material to be published. Provide analysis and reporting on digital projects, website traffic, social media impression and etc. Maintain digital media best practices, trend and tools. Gather information on when the supplements in various trade magazines are scheduled, obtain this early part of the year and develop press releases to be prepared and forwarded in advance. Compose / vet through text for collateral material to ensure relevance to the press release. Organize and attend press tours and events. This includes coordination of media familiarization trips and activities into Malaysia.

Assisting Marcom Manager in activating and tracking the effectiveness of the resort digital marketing campaigns, e-commerce strategy, including google analytics, as well as the Resort’s social media strategy. Manage content and provide relevant offers direct referral partners. Digital marketing support execution of search engine optimisation efforts for Resort/Hotel. Execute marketing and digital advertising campaigns for the resort/hotel and F&B, track and measure performance, create and manage content for social media platforms. Perform other Marcom functions that may be required from time to time as required.
