Responsibilities:
Supervise guest service agents, night auditors and staff to ensure total guests satisfaction
Conduct day-to day shift meeting
Show initiative, problem solving, staff training and team leading
Handle guests complaints and provide a fast solution
Participate in formulating selling strategies and rate structure.
Requirement:
3 years and above working experience
Proven work experience as a Front Office Manager
Hands on experience with Front Office System
Proficiency in English (oral or written)
Excellent communication and people skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem solving skill
Open to Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan
