To maintain high standard of all food preparation, service, and hygiene in Dim Sum Section in Chinese kitchen in accordance to the standards required by the Management. To ensure consistency in the food production, food quality, taste and presentation at all times and take control of the Chinese Kitchen operation. Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the food quality standards to meet the guest needs.
