Prepare food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service .
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
Practice proper food handling and storage procedures, ensuring all food items are labelled and dated.
Follow instructions from Chef de Partie or Sous Chef and ensure efficient communication with team members.
Consistently check quality and freshness of ingredients before use and report any issues to Chef de Partie.
