Leads and supervises sales agents and run the day to day sales operation of hotel. Oversee the sales strategy , set goals and tract sales performance for travel agents and catering businesses. Arrange familiarization and site inspection trips to Hotel by major and potential clients.
Implement sales action plans related to assigned areas.
Attends promotional events as assigned by the Director of Sales.
Plans and conducts sales calls in accordance with the assigned territories and market segments.
Effective implementation of the Individual Territory Plan system and ensuring that the procedures are being maintained and kept up to date.
Establishes and maintains files on active accounts within his/her areas of coverage and partake in cross selling of sister/affiliated hotels.
Timely submission of call reports and related feedback to superior on changing market conditions, competitors’ activities and areas of opportunities.
