Internship for the position of Food & Beverages Ambassador Jobs & Responsibility:  1. Supply guests with food and drinks as requested.  2.  Waiters/waitresses usually work in restaurants, bars, and hotels.  3. This involves the preparation of tables, serving food or beverages, and taking payments. Requirements: 1. Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Passion for the hospitality and resort industry. 4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Greeting and presenting menu to guests Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place the orders to kitchen Make menu recommendations and inform guest of any specials Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests before deliver to guest Prepare the bill for tables when requested Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid Setting tables with clean linen, cutlery, crockery and glassware

Responsibility for operations delivery on site of all the food retail by facilitating a smooth front of house service for all our beneficiaries, customers and staff. You will work closely with the Commercial Catering Manager to ensure success of our Commercial businesses for KLCC Convention Centre.

Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met. Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies. Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness. Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
