CONCIERGE

Job Descriptions:
1. Stay focused on the resort’s Vision and ensuring all tasks carried out are in accordance to the resort’s established Mission Statement.
2. Handle guest luggage in a secure and safe manner, promptly, to and from the jetty or guest rooms. 
3. Tag all guest luggage while in custody to avoid mix-up.
4. Record all stored luggage and ensure proper identification prior to releasing back a luggage.
5. Prioritize guest safety while participating in activities organized in-house, including during boat transfer.
6. Provide excellent and warmth service to all guest with a genuine smile.

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
2. 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience will be added advantage. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Willing to work on shift basis, weekend and Public Holidays. 
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin speaking will be added advantage. 
6. Computer literate (MS Office and PMS System).
