Job Description

  • Greet and welcome and hotel guests. & offer luggage assistance.
  • Assist and ensure all arriving and departing guests luggage is promptly attended to. In cases where the guests leave their luggage, ensure they are tagged and taken care of accordingly.
  • Supply guests with directions.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors.
  • Deliver all guests correspondence to the rooms as well as correspondence to all other department.
  • Assist in monitoring the smooth flow of vehicle traffic at the Hotel entrance to avoid congestion.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services).
