Job Description

We are seeking a Reservation Host to join our team, an essential role in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring smooth reservation operations. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and looking to grow within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally and courteously with guests and colleagues.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the hotel’s facilities and services.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work environment in line with the hotel’s grooming standards.
  • Stay informed about all matters affecting your role and communicate updates to your supervisor.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and incidents with understanding, care, and urgency, reporting them to the Reservation Supervisor as required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of all reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Support the team with flexibility, adjusting to business needs with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Uphold the standards outlined in the Team Member Handbook and adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Perform tasks assigned by your supervisor and assist in achieving the hotel’s service standards and goals.

  • A professional demeanor, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Always present a clean and tidy appearance in accordance with the hotel’s grooming standards
