Job Descriptions:
1. Maintain a proper and updated record keeping of individual associate personal file, including leave records, position movement, training record, performance appraisal as well as salary or allowance adjustment.
2. Maintain proper filing system, documents and correspondences for the resort.
3. Assist the Admin Executive in planning out the training schedule and calendar. Record and update all training activities within the resort.
4. Prepare the minutes meeting for daily briefing, monthly management meeting or any meeting held by the management.
5. Prepare inventory report for uniform, back office keys and any related inventory to admin.
6. Assist the Admin Executive in recruitment exercise, including orientation and induction process.
7. Assist the Admin Executive in salary payout preparation.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Administration or equivalent.
2. 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience will be added advantage. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
4. Good computer knowledge such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and etc.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
6. Able to work independently and in collaboration with others.
