Job Description

To assist the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure a smooth running distribution of paperwork and reports that are carried out in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner in accordance with expected standards.

 

Main Duties:

1. To welcome and seat diners ,advising each on choice of food and beverage and their order

2. To organize and manage their time team: organizing their work and training new staff members recruited

3. To organize the layout of the dining room to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere

4. To co-ordinate with the kitchen

5. To ensure that customer and the way its serves their meals

6. To ensure that customer are satisfied with the service they receive

7. To promote customer loyalty through the quality of the service receive

8. To ensure health and safety rules are complied according to the hotel standard

9. To manage stock

10. To ensure the continuity of the equipment supplied for his or her use

11. To ensure and impress the clients on experiential dining
