 To organize and run activities in the hotel  To conduct telematch and other activities for group in house  To be responsible for indoor and outdoor activities and all recreation activities  To make sure enough coverage in all the recreation area and standby if necessary  To ensure the safety of children and conduct daily children’s activities  To ensure the cleanliness of Kids Club all the times  To create and plan children activities  To do baby sitting service when required  To be responsible for the safety of the children while in the Kids Club  To be able communicate well with the children and the parents  To liaise with Events & Recreation Manager on new ideas and programs  To assist in the Telematch or children’s party if necessary  Responsible for daily staff attendance  Responsible to do weekly or monthly duty roster  To help out in Events & Recreation office on typing and filling work  To monitor cleanliness and condition of the all recreation areas  To ensure all the First Aid box in good condition  To monitor the stock inventory and stock selling items  To monitor and arranged the on special VVIP functions  To inform and write up report for any type of incident  To be responsible of issued and collection on Telematch Questionnaire  To perform other task as directed by management from time to time  To provide the guest with information of hotel and recreation facilities  To monitor and arranged clown appearance on weekend and if necessary  To prepare monthly stock balance inventory report  To attend monthly Telematch questionnaire feedback meeting  To attend E&R monthly meeting  To submit weekly log book and other report  To prepare weekly overtime   To perform any other duties set by Company policy, Department, Head of Department or Superior which is not included in the above description.
