Position: Hotel Management Intern
Location: Sleeping Lion Suites, Bukit Bintang 
Duration: Minimum 3 months

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic hotel management students to join our team as interns in our Front Office and Housekeeping departments. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Front Office Department

• Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest queries
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Perform tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and taking messages

Housekeeping Department:

• Assist with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas
• Restock amenities and supplies
• Perform tasks such as laundry and other housekeeping duties

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Minimum 3-month commitment to the internship program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of hospitality industry operations
