Ensures to deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.  Provide excellent service to internal customer in other departments as appropriate  Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.  Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.  Ensures that basic standards have been implemented.  Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and food safety, appearance, wearing the appropriate uniform.  Fully conversant with all aspects of the Ordering System.  Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.  Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in Employee Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.  Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.  Exercises responsible behavior at all times and positively representing the Hotel.  Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required  Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities. added  Greet and escort customer  Present menu and provide detailed information when asked  Prepare tables by setting up, silverware and glasses , make sure tidy and clean at dining area Inform customers about days special  Offer menu recommendation upon request  Double check with the customer if the food and drinks arrived are correct  Communicate order details to the kitchen  Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report problem  Carry dirty plates ,glasses and silverware to stewarding area for washing  Staff knowledge about item 86 ( not available item) and promotional item  Wiping cutleries in hot water before serving to the customer , hygiene purposes  Dirty linen must sent to laundry every day and clean linen folding and keep in the shelf daily  F&B staff must have knowledge about setting and serving VIP & VVIP.
