Supervise and ensure the smooth operations of the Kitchen Department.Endure all cooks ,Commis Cooks maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the Kitchen. Taste and approve all dishes before they leave the kitchen. To work closely with Section Heads Stewarding Team, Banquet team and service staff.
