Job Description

The Sous Chef supervise and train all cooks. Responsible for the restaurant's ala carte , fuffet preparations. Works Closely with the Head Chef, FB Manager Stewarding team, purchasing Officer and Slaes Personnel. Ensure safe working condition at all times. Control wastages and responsible for food cost.
