Job Description

  • Manage all Cafe operations including setting up all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
  • Lead and guide the can Service Team on day-to-day basis by scheduling duty rosters, assigning daily responsibilities, conducting briefing, managing staff issues, customer complaints, etc.
  • Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed.
  • Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
  • Work closely with The Chef and management team for new promotions/campaigns/ menus/banquet support
  • Responsible for Café cashiering and all reports as required by management.
  • To make sure daily business management run smoothly.
  • Consistently on the lookout for F&B trends and best practices.
  • Ensure all café areas are clean and tidy.
  • Nurture friendly relationship with customers everyday.


Job Requirement

  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management / Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with high communication drive.
  • Independent, resourceful with good problem solving skills.
  • Good in communication and leadership skills.
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Melayu.
  • Must be a team player and have a positive work attitude.
  • Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.
