Job Description

  1. To assist the Human Resources Department associates in the day-to-day operational activities.
  2. To ensure that all records and files are properly maintained as per set principle.
  3. To arrange for the issuance of Name Tags, uniform requisitions, Employee Handbook etc; and record accordingly in the prescribed manner and follow up on the activities to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Check monthly Departmental Summary Attendance Sheets and ensure all recorded paid and sick leave days are supported by proper documentation.
  5. File sick leave certificates, received from hotel departments.
  6. Monitor MC’s received and highlight any doubt or discrepancy that is found during the checking process.
  7. Issue ID cards, locker keys to all new recruits.
  8. To ensure that all necessary forms and stationary required in the department are adequately available at all times.
  9. To maintain all Personnel Files in a safe and chronological order.
  10. To post all staff forms; ie Leave Application Forms, Medical Leave etc in relevant personnel files.
  11. To handle all documents pertaining to employees EPF, SOCSO, PCB (Income Tax).
  12. To maintain CONFIDENTIALITY in all issues of work-related matters.
  13. To perform any other job from time to time as assigned by the Human Resources manager.
  14. Handle all dispatch work required by the department.
  15. Locker rooms inspection to be done on daily basis.
  16. Daily punch card to be checked for discrepancies and to highlight back to department.
