Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Bartender to join our sophisticated Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a dedication to providing exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: Welcome and engage guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a memorable bar experience.
  • Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks, according to the hotel's standards.
  • Menu Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all bar menus, including seasonal cocktails, wine lists, and food pairings, to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, ensuring all items are stocked, properly stored, and logged. Assist in ordering and receiving supplies as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition.
  • Compliance: Follow all licensing and regulatory requirements for the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently. Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
  • Event Support: Assist with the setup and service of bar areas for events and private functions, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Training and Development: Stay updated on new trends in mixology and beverages. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Bar Manager when necessary.
