Job Description

Duties :

·         To handle the set-up of daily reservations and check-in and check-out guests.

·         To ensure guest satisfaction, anticipate and respond to request promptly.

·         Responsible for the delivery of service throughout in a friendly and courteous manner

·         Handling cashier during shift on duty.

·         Answering guest call with manner.

·         Providing latest hotel information in correct manner.

·         Attending to guest complaints immediately and highlights to Supervisor for his further action.

Requirement :

·         Takes pride in being hotelier

·         Possess SPM and at least one year working experience in hotel.

·         Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

·         Courteous, service oriented with pleasant personality.

·         Able to perform shift works.

·         Due to work permit restriction, only citizen of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia
          shall be considered.
