Responsibilities

- Manage the China related market and drive minimum fair market share to ensure maximum yield in line with hotel budgetary objectives

- Proactively work with local and overseas agents to secure tour series and ad hoc groups from China
与本地和海外代理商积极合作,以确保中国旅游相关业务和团队的喜好与重复来访
- Organise various platforms to secure FIT business from China especially OTA’s
组织或参与各种平台以确保来自中国的自由独立旅行者-FIT 之到访,特别是 在线旅行社OTA
- Identify various experiences to promote for MICE and in particular Incentive Groups from China i.e. Golf, Wellness, Bird watching, Diving, Weddings and Photography plus honeymoons etc.
了解各种活动体验如高尔夫球,健康活动,观鸟,潜水,婚宴,摄影及度蜜月,以推广于来自中国的各种激励团体如开会、奖励、会议和展览活动
- Work with MARCOM to post latest videos, images of hotel events, activities and resort features to the Social media platforms in China.
与公司营销传播团员合作,将酒店最新活动视频、及度假村特色图片发布到中国社交媒体平台
- Proactively work with MAH and other Travel Trade organizations to promote the Resort in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong
与马来西亚酒店协-MAH 和其他旅游贸易组织积极合作,以在中国、台湾和香港推广本度假村
- Supports the Director of Revenue in preparing the department budget as well as the resort's overall sales goals and strategy

- Represent the hotel at various industry tradeshows, conferences, and adhere to the guidelines of the budget and marketing plan
代表酒店参加各种行业展会、会议,并遵守预算和营销计划的指导方针
- Act as the liaison between the resort and clients from the targeted market above

Job Specifications 工作规范
- At least a Diploma in related field
至少拥有相关领域的专科文凭
- Open to residence of China, Taiwan or Hong Kong with no visa or work permit restrictions
中国、台湾或香港居民可申请,有无签证或工作许可证皆可
- Minimum 5 years sales experience working in the hospitality industry preferably in handling China market
至少 5 年酒店业销售经验,拥有中国市场经验者为佳
- 2 or more years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
2 年或以上的销售管理经验或在销售部门担任领导职务,酒店业背景为佳
- Experience in participating in Travel Trades, handling corporate market including MICE, OTAs and other corporate segments
有参与旅游行业、处理企业市场(包括 MICE、OTA 和其他企业部门)的经验
- Well experienced in handling social media promotions and marketing activities
在处理社交媒体促销和营销活动方面经验丰富
- Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively

- Good organization and time management skills

- Possess own transport and able to travel as assigned by management
