Job Description:

As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in strategic decision-making and operations as we continue to enhance our property portfolio. This role requires a mix of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and strong business acumen to support our financial operations and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

 

·  Oversight of the Finance & Accounting Department set roles & responsibilities, and design framework sand processes for optimal output.

·  Monitor and supervise all functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control.

· Perform month-end closing and reconciliations for presentation to management and other stakeholders while recommending courses of action.

· Organize and lead monthly meetings with stakeholders to present and discuss the P&L statements, providing insights and strategic recommendations based on financial outcomes.

· Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks.

·   Prepare detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.

·   Prepare and submit SST and Tourism Tax filings with the relevant authorities.

·  Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.

·  Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

·  Develop and analyse budgets, trends and projections that meet the strategic goals of the company.

·   Supervise cash flow and forecasting; direct all financial, project-based, and departmental accounting.

·  Coordinate audit processes and ensure accuracy of financial information.

·   Work with senior management to share reports and analysis findings.

·  Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems

·  Liaise with Tax agents, Auditors and Company Secretary to ensure statutory compliance and timely submissions.

· Perform other ad hoc tasks as required by management.

 

Qualifications:

·     Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an MBA or CPA is preferred.

·     At least 5 years of experience in financial management and accounting, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.

·    Strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.

·   Proficient user of finance software.

·    Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

·   Able to manage, guide, and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
