Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain boilers to ensure uninterrupted production and optimal efficiency.
- Monitor boiler performance, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and meticulous record-keeping.
Perform general and emergency repairs and maintenance on all plant and equipment related to boilers. - Conduct regular inspections of boilers and other equipment.
Document inspections required by government authorities. - Schedule and carry out preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
Address any issues promptly to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid Boilerman Grade II or I Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia.
- Familiarity with boiler operation and maintenance procedures.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks efficiently.
- Ability to coordinate tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- High levels of flexibility to handle varying workloads and adapt to changing situations.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Strong team-playing skills to collaborate with colleagues and other departments
- Act with utmost integrity in all professional interactions.
