Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cost control within the hotel industry.
  • Proficiency in cost and expense management techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective cost control measures in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee cost control, store and receiving operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Proficient in material control, with familiarity in Sun System considered a strong advantage.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to anlayse recipe costing and enhance profitability.
  • Work in tandem with the F&B Manager on revenue, promotions, and P&L analysis.
  • Manage fixed asset listing and capital expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards challenges and contribute as a valuable team player.
