    • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment in optimal condition.
  3. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior chefs in your section.
  4. Quality Assurance:

    • Uphold the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
    • Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.
  5. Training and Development:

    • Assist in training new kitchen staff, sharing expertise and best practices.
