Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle all meeting groups and to co-ordinate effectively with all departments concerned so as to ensure smooth running of all event groups.
- To manages the procurement and delivery of all types of events which include conferences, dinners, weddings, outings and others as allocated by Director of Sales.
- To issue and monitor Event Orders/ Amendments/Prepare reports for all C&E groups.
- Manage the rooming list process.
- Contact, entertain clients (if required) and meet up with clients (internally or externally) once events are confirmed.
