Familiarize self with the information of the hotel facilities and places of interest in the area.
Check on due out guest. All due out rooms which have not checked out are to brought to the attention of Front Office Executive.
Check out hotel guest.
Check in hotel guest and confirm forms of payment.
Monitor billing instructions.
Receiving deposits. Apply accordingly to deposit record of which the original copy is given to guest.
To maintain a proper personal hygiene acceptable by the Health department and the Hotel standard.
Any request of late check out must be referred to Front Office Supervisor.
