·         Assist in handling walk-in/ media social/ call-in enquiries

·         Outdoor promotions – represent the company during our participation at external/outdoor exhibitions, promotional launches, seminars/conventions.

·         Advertising/public relations – assist in advertisement placement and logistics as well as assist in public relations duties.

·         Telemarketing – assist in making follow-up calls to direct-mail prospects.

·         Banquet – handle enquiries on functions, liase and cooperate with related department that involve in Event, generate event order refer to event basis, follow-up on the quotation with sales person, follow-up on the function if confirmed/progress.

·         Filing and office administration – assist in the filing of membership documentation into members’ individual files, stationery stock replenishment and brochure preparation.

·         Receiving, handling and converting Meetings, Events and Group enquiries.

·         Planning events in conjunction with the client. Presenting and Selling available and suitable banquet / event options to the highest possible standard.

·         Contact Meeting Organizer by mail, telephone, customer outings and site inspections.

·         Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

·         Must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma for any discipline

·         Diploma in any related in this field.

·         Minimum 1-2 year working experience

·         Work experience in the hotel industry is a bonus

·         Required skill(s): Passionate, excellent communication and organizational skills

·         Working Day: 5 Days Per-Week (2 Rest Day)

·          Working Hour: Office Hour
