Job Description

We are looking for those passionate about customer service to join our Front Office team as Front Office Assistant. He/She will manage front office activities to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations and maintain guest satisfaction. 

Job responsibilities : 

  • Ability to perform guest check-in and check out 
  • Ability to answer & handle room reservations
  • Ability to handle guest requests & relation matters efficiently
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service at all times 
  • Ability to perform cashier and night audit tasks 
  • Providing guests with information about the hotel
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job requirement : 

  • Good verbal communication skills in English and Malay
  • Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills 
  • Computer literate and basic mathematic skills
  • Willing to work on shift, weekends, public holidays, and extra time during high occupancy
  • With or without experience working in hotel industry
