Job Description

Are you a friendly and organised individual with excellent communication skills?  Join our team as a telephone operator and be the voice of hospitality for our guests!

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a telephone operator or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and services.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of phone systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, assisting guests with inquiries and requests.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals within the hotel.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Take and relay messages accurately.
  • Maintain a courteous and helpful demeanour at all times.
