Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties
•    Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
•    Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high-quality standards expected by Leader Chef Hotel Maluri. 
•    Perform task within a timely manner.
•    Any other suitable task as and when assigned by Chef.
•    Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
•    Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

Qualifications and Skills
•    Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Advanced/ Higher Graduated Diploma in Culinary Art or equivalent required.
•    Required skill (s): knowledge in Malay, Chinese & India Cuisine. Malaysian Fusion Food & Western Food is an added advantage.
•    Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
•    At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field preferably Western and Malay required for this position.
