Job Description

Description: Responsible for providing excellent customer service, administrative and clerical support to our guests, staff, and management. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a professional attitude. You must be highly organized, have the ability to multi-task, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
 
Job Responsibility:
  • Greet and check-in guests
  • Answer phones and take messages
  • Respond to emails/inquiries and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain updated records and files
  • Monitor and update reservation system
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma or Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 years relevant experience
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Fast learner and a self-starter in developing new skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and independent
  • A keen eye for detail and meticulous in performing her/his duties
  • Has good teamwork spirit
