Description: Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for mixing drinks. The Hotel Bartender will be responsible for providing guests with an enjoyable and memorable experience.
- Greet and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Mix drinks, including classic and specialty cocktails, and serve them to guests.
- Ensure all beverages are served in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Keep the bar area clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Check guests' IDs to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints.
- Stay up to date with current drink menus and promotions.
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience as a bartender.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic and specialty cocktails.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Annual leave starting from 16 days.
