Job Description

Description: To supervise operations in assigned sections to deliver a high-quality guest experience consistently and profitably in accordance with established standards.

Job Responsibility:

  1. Ensure all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel's general guidelines for service recovery.
  2. Responding to requests or complaints made by guests in a professional and polite manner in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  3. Meets, greets, and escorts guests to the room in accordance with the hotel's standards and as assigned.
  4. Is the custodian of the guest history database, ensuring profiles are up-to-date and information is used in the operation to support guest recognition.

Job Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  6. Proficient in Opera system.
  7. Working knowledge of customer service standards and regulations.
