Sales Coordinator

Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre (PKLCC), owned by Permodalan Nasional Berhad and managed by Attana Hotels & Resorts Sdn. Bhd., is currently looking for young, dynamic and energetic individuals for the following position:

Sales Coordinator

1. Assist the sales and marketing team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
2. Prepare and maintain sales proposals, contracts, and client correspondence.
3. Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information on hotel services, rates, and availability.
4. Assist in the coordination and organization of sales events and promotions.
5. Work with the front desk and reservations teams to coordinate room assignments and special requests.
6. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
