Job Description
- Adhere to approve safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- To safeguard the physical well-being of the hotel's property, staffs and guests.
- Report work related accidents or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to duty manager/ supervisor.
- Identify and report unsafe work procedures or conditions to the management.
- Protect the privacy and security of guests and co-workers.
- Conduct follow-up investigations of all accidents, injuries, losses, or criminal acts occurring on the property.
- Patrol all floors and the parameters of the hotel.
- Control the traffic at the entrances and car park.
- Check staffs' belongings when they leave the hotel to ensure that no hotel's items are being taken out.
- Register all visitors and contractors in the hotel and check their belongings when they arrive and leave the property.
- Be responsible to check fire facilities, fire security and manage the fire alarm.
- Be familiar with first aid and fire emergency procedures.
