Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  • Day to day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry accounting system.
  • To handle account payable and income audit section.
  • Handle daily collection of cash.
  • Generate monthly attendance for verification and approval.
  • Prepare purchase order based on requisition from other department.
  • Handle general administrative function.
  • Any other duties as specified by the Finance Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma with at least 1 years of experience.
  • Experience in managing hotel industry accounting will be an added advantage.
