Job Descriptions:
- Greet guests and present them with the menu.
- Inform guest about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
- Suggest food & beverages to the guest and also try to up-sell.
- Take food & beverage orders from the guests and punch the order on the POS system.
- Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Serve food & beverages to the guest as per the course of order.
- Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food & beverages service.
- Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
- Close the shift on the POS terminal.
