Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• To establish excellent Customer Service and Good Sales Record in hotel related business.
• Able to sell against competition and achieve target.
• Maintain relationship and extend attentive service to the existing productive accounts.
• Follow-up on future bookings and all sales leads.
• Continuously increase client contact surface.
• Meet all VIPs upon their arrival and ensure all arrangements are in order.
• Perform other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Food Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience and /or training specializing in Hotel Golf sales.
• Clear understanding of the sales process and standards required to deliver against set sales targets.
• Ability to present information, respond to common inquiries or complaint from customers, vendors, agents and other members of the business community.
• Required Skills: background in golfing industry, dynamic and outstanding sales professionalism from a hotel/leisure/golf, excellent communication skills, proven track record within a demanding sales environment, high degree of professionalism and exceptional leadership skills.
• Possess own transport.
