Key Responsibilities :-
1. Assigned task to staff and explain what expected from them
2. Investigate and addressing guest comment or complaint
3. Provide training to the staff with proper equipment and method
4. Screening staff performance and recommend to superior regards to promotion or discipline action
5. Held daily morning briefing regards to daily events, vip
6. Checking and inspect room on daily routine basis, ensure its up to standard requirement
7. Work closely with superior regards to Vip, event on the day
8. Accountable for any negative or positive comment
9. Self-motivate, able to drive the team to perform
10. Able to delegates duties to others
11. Any duties given by superior
Qualifications & Requirements:-
1. SPM or equivalent
2. Computer literate
3. Physically fit and mobile
4. Confident and able to motivate others
5. Flexible working hours
6. Honest and trustworthy
7. Have at least 1 year working experience in Housekeeping department
8. Able to communicate in English or other language
