Job Description

Scope of Work

Responsible for planning, directing, organizing, leading and controlling the activities and resources of the Department to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness, guest comfort and satisfaction in the most effective and efficient manner

Report To                   :           Operations Manager

Responsible For         :           Housekeeping Supervisor



Key Accountabilities

    1. Prepare Department annual budget
    2. To hire, train, lead and develop staff of the Housekeeping Department
    3. To monitor and control Housekeeping monthly operating expenses inclusive of payroll cost
    4. Monitor and ensure all linen par level is sufficient at all times
    5. Monitor and ensure all cleaning material and guest supplies is sufficient at all times
    6. To conduct frequent checks on all areas of the Hotel especially guest rooms, corridors, public toilets, function rooms and all F & B outlets
    7. To set up and organize on going deep cleaning schedules
    8. To review customer feedback which relevant to the Department inclusive of compliments and complaints
