Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Office such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange, and assist guest with their inquiries.
1) Greet and attend to all guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner and attempt to learn
and use guest’s name at every opportunity
2) Perform check in, check out and room change procedures and ensure all data are entered completely
into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation
3) Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily report of all money received. Cash hotel guest’s
personal and traveller’s checks and assist with currency exchange
4) Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems
to Duty Manager if no immediate solution can be found.
5) Drive more revenue in Front Office upselling
