Job Description
• Responsible for greeting guests in a courteous manner
• Providing information about rooms, rates and amenities
• Performing all check-in and check-out tasks
• Liaising with other teams to ensure rooms are clean for guests' arrival
• Managing online and phone reservations
• Assists guests with their enquiries and requests
• Processes payments for hotel services
• Reports to Front Office Manager
Requirements:
• Must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma for any discipline
• Degree in hotel management is a plus
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Work experience in the hotel industry is a bonus
• Required skill(s): Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking.com and TripAdvisor, strong customer service attitude, excellent communication and organizational skills
