We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales for our Five Star Resort. The ideal candidate will overseeing and managing the sales and marketing efforts of the resort to drive revenue, increase occupancy rates, and enhance the brand image.
1. Develop a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the resort's goals and target market. Identify the unique selling points of the resort and highlight them in sales approach.
2. Drive sales and meet revenue targets through effective sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management. Identify new business opportunities, maintain existing client relationships, and establish partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other relevant stakeholders.
3. Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their targets. Establish clear sales goals and track performance regularly. Encourage teamwork and foster a positive work environment.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials. Provide input on marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure alignment with sales objectives
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners and etc. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential.
6. Monitor sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular sales reports to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Emphasize the importance of exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Train sales team to deliver personalized experiences and handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
