Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to oversee our reception area. As the primary point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all visitors receive a warm and friendly welcome. In this position, you will be responsible for managing all front desk activities, including handling phone calls, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service to guests.

In order to excel as a Front Office Manager, you should possess a winning combination of a warm and welcoming personality and a dynamic professional attitude. You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team, and should be adept at efficiently addressing and resolving customer complaints. Your approach to customer service should be consistently solid, with an emphasis on professionalism and friendliness. Above all, your ultimate goal should be to ensure that our front desk provides top-quality service to all of our customers.

Responsibilities:

1.      Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time, with the goal of improving the overall guest experience

2.      Handling customer complaints and special requests in a prompt and professional manner.

3.      Scheduling staff shifts and managing other hr-related tasks, including hiring, training, and performance management.

4.      Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the reception area to create a welcoming environment for guests.

5.      Monitoring stock levels and ordering office supplies, including stationery and information leaflets.

6.      Preparing monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and cancellations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

7.      Managing the departmental budget and allocating resources effectively.

8.      Updating files and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to staff.

9.      Enforcing all cash-handling, checking, and credit procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

10.  To perform any other duties assigned by the management as required, from time to time, in order to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the front office department.

Requirement:

1.      2-3 year managerial work experiences

2.      High school diploma or an associate's degree.

3.      Client services or management experience.

4.      Great interpersonal and communication skills.

5.      Excellent problem-solving skills.

6.      Basic accounting skills.

7.      The ability to remain positive and focused in a fast-paced environment.

8.      Good time management skills.

9.      Great computer skills and the ability to learn new skills quickly.

10.   A professional appearance.
